A: In most residential computers if you drop your computer system off to us by 11am Monday through Friday you will receive your computer back the SAME DAY! If this is not possible due to hardware or other catastrophic circumstances like no repair disks you will be notified by telephone. Commercial accounts may refer to the terms of service in their agreement with our company.
