Our remote help services are provided “as-is” when we are accessing your computer through the Internet. We are not responsible for any interruptions, delays, or dropped connections associated with your Internet Service Provider.
Services delivered are for Residential or Home User clients only. This offering does not apply to commercial accounts or business use computers. You, the client, accept to be bound by the terms of this service agreement in connection with TIER4 Technical Support “Instant Software Help” service offering.
Residential [Instant Software Help]
Purpose: Residential Enhanced Support Services are designed to supplement existing services that client receives from company. From time to time client may want additional training, software installation, rogueware removal, and/or malware scans performed on their computer by a trained customer service representative or technician.
